This policy covers the marketing site and the LogHouse service. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for a signed DPA.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, organization) when you sign up. Log payloads you send to the service, which are customer data. Standard request logs on our infrastructure (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To provide ingest, storage, query, billing, and support. We do not sell customer log data. Marketing pages may use privacy-respecting analytics if configured; this site does not embed third-party advertising.
